* How to prove your status (for Public Authorities only)?
You will find, in attached file of your registration request email, a form to fill in to prove your Public Authority status. Thank you to send it back to the indicated address.
Methods of Payment
Accepted credit cards are VISA®, Eurocard® and Mastercard®
During the online payment, you will be connected to the PAYBOX website.
Your credit card details will not be stored on our server.
You are responsible for ALL bank fees.
The bank details will be mentioned on the pro-forma invoice sent by email after your registration.
NB: Please indicate the name of the people registered (or the invoicing references).

Cancellation conditions
Any cancellation must be sent by email to contact@its4climate.eu
The following cancellation fees will be applied:
- 25% of the registration fees for cancellations received before 15 July 2019
- 50% of the registration fees for cancellations received between 15th July and 18th August 2019 included
- 100% of the registration fees for cancellations received after 18th August 2019
